ABOUT
GLOBAL ACCREDITATION FEDERATION 

Global Accreditation Federation (GAF) was founded by Educators, Philosophers, and Business Professionals, out of the need for a professional non-government educational agency, with flexibility and creativity that can offer professional accreditation to colleges, universities, business schools nationally and internationally, that do not fall within the structural format of certain standard accreditation agencies. 

GAF being a professional accreditation agency is similar to the American Bar Association which accredits law firms, American Medical Association (AMA) which accredits medical programs, and American Psychological Association (APA) the largest scientific and professional organization which accredits psychologists.

GAF have different three (3) different types of membership

1. Institutional - Universities, College and other post-secondary institutions

2. Organizational - Non Profit Organization, Training Centers, etc. 

3. Programatic - certain programs and training certificates for independent entities

ACCREDITATION PROCESS

DETERMINATION OF ELIGIBILITY

Review by the Team to determine eligibility.  This can take up to three (3) weeks. 

INITIAL APPLICATION

AGENCY DECISION

The decision process can take up to six (6) weeks contingent on whether additional information is needed or not. GAF communicates during the process for a smooth process. 

Prior to receiving a full application, an assessment form is completed to gather information for internal audit and review
